Here are the instructions to add the new Google Bar right to now if you don't have it already Get new Google Bar right now! 1. Go get this extension to change cookies. goo.gl/CeKtT2. Load Google.com and right-click to edit the cookies. 3. Change "PREF" to this: ID=03fd476a699d6487:U=88e8716486ff1e5d:FF=0:LD=en:CR=2:TM=1322688084:LM=1322688085:S=McEsyvcXKMiVfGds 4. Don't forget to save your changes at the bottom. 5. Reload and you have the new Google bar.

Confirmed for chrome should work with all browsers though.

I just tested it out using Firefox 8. It works on the classic google home page, but not on the igoogle page. I tried editing both PREF files using Cookie Manager 1.5.1 by V@no. Looks slick though, I can't wait for it to work in igoogle (igoogle, what a stupid name for a cool thing)
